Let's have some fun as we learn to lift your hips over your head for the ROLLOVER. This exercise forms the basis of all your inversion exercises on the mat. An intermediate exercise that is going to strengthen your abs as well as stretch the back and those hamstrings. Don’t worry if you find this a challenge to start with it will keep getting better as you practise!
