Its TEASER time in your matwork and it comes to challenge your co-ordination and strength. You will need to have a good roll up and be able to do the double leg lower lift well to make sure you rock the teaser. Be prepared to work hard as the teaser will progress from your intermediate to advanced practise and there are even a few variations to make you work up a sweat.
