Get ready to challenge your shoulder stability and side body strength in the SIDE BEND. We love this exercise as you get to build up the strength in your shoulder girdle as well as get a brilliant stretch through the hip! It requires a little practise to balance on the feet but once you get the move you will feel lengthened in both directions!
