Look how far you have come! The last on our Intermediate Flow in this series and we really get a good workout in. The first half of this workout will get you rolling up, rolling over and rolling like a ball. We then extend the body with the single leg pull and double leg pull before challenging those abs again with the neck pull. Keep up the pace as we do the Leg Pull Front and Push Ups. We’ll challenge your balance at the end for a perfect finish!
