You should be more familiar with these moves now as we head into Intermediate Flow No. 5. Challenge the reach of your legs and back in the rollover to get a better stretch and see if you can balance better in the open leg rocker. With a mix of flexion and extension in this workout we really do feel like we are balancing out the body!
