Roll Up and Rollover into this Intermediate Flow No.4. It's all about finding lift and length today as we get the heart pumping and the body moving! We warm up with the hundred and Roll up before challenging you with the Rollover into the corkscrew. We then take it into some extension work to lengthen out your spine and hips with the Swan, Single leg kick and Double Leg Kick! We finish with the Push-ups to start to build that upper body strength!
