Let's do it with a Daily workout BASICS 1. We can’t wait to put all the exercises together and take you through this first session. We will start with those first three exercises THE HUNDRED, ROLL UP and ONE LEG CIRCLE. This will get your brain and body thinking as we move into the first 2 moves of the ab series. After this we will stretch in all directions before challenging your balance in the side kick series and teasers! Let us know how you get on in this first of the series!
