In today's session we are adding in another of the ABDOMINAL series – The SCISSORS! I love this exercise as it challenges the abdominals as well as stretching out those hamstrings. Remember we are trying to keep the legs straight so only pull the stretch to where you can keep the legs lengthened! Remember there are 5 exercises in the ab series in total and we will be building our way up to doing all 5!
